How is data collected?

Contact / Query / Web Forms
On some pages through the site you will find forms to get in touch with us, it goes without saying that when you fill these forms in the personal data entered is e-mailed to us in order to process that request. When filling in these forms, the personal data is secured in a secure, encrypted e-mail system and only used to reply back and provide the service requested.
Analytics
We operate the industry standard Google Analytics system in order to collect usage statistics for our page. These statistics allow us to see which courses are popular, what pages are read and to learn user activity. We try our best to keep these data anonymous and unidentifiable but sometimes this can include your computers IP address and thus we consider it fair and transparent to list here. We will never aggregate your supplied personal details such as name, contact number etc with the usage analytics, or pass this on to any third party other than Google Analytics for the purpose of providing this service.
Communication
When you send us an e-mail or communicate reference a booking or server we may also have to take or collect your personal information to continue our work. When this is the case we will follow this privacy policy and ensure your data is kept to a minimum, only kept for as long as its required and is safe, secure and not passed on to third parties.
Information we collect & how it is stored
We only collect the minimum of information required to carry out the service or provide the product in question. This normally is limited to name, address, phone, email address and any products or services that interest you. We never collect information which is considered sensitive, this can include areas such as race, religion, sexual preference etc.
Any information that is collected is held on computers within the UK. These computers are running the latest security patched operating system, fully updated anti-virus software and are protected by passwords. They are also behind network firewalls and backed up regularly if for any reason a breach was to occur we would contact you as soon as possible and also inform the ICO.
